Private Arrival Transfer from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Hotels / City Center

When you arrive at the Orlando Airport our driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the baggage claim area with a sign with your name and take you to your hotel in Orlando or any other place you indicate.

• Standard Sedan: Toyota Camry or similar that can fit up to 3 people and 3 medium suite-cases
• Business Class Sedan: Mercedes-Benz Class E, that can fit up to 3 people and 2 suite-cases
• Standard VAN/SUP: Toyota Senna or similar that can fit up to 5 people and 5 medium suite-cases.
• Business Van/SUV: luxury car that can fit up to 5 people and 5 suite-cases
• Van: Ford Transit or similar that can fit up to 10 people and 10 medium suitcases

• Meet and Greet
• One-way private transfer
• Toll charges
• Parking charges
• Local taxes

• Gratuities
• Excess luggage charges (where applicable)
• Everything else not specifically outlined in the "What’s Included"

• Note on Meet and Greet: If traveler does not meet the driver upon arrival, he must call customer service immediately. The agent will help the passenger locate the driver. If under any circumstance, passenger leaves the airport without contacting customer service, he will be charged for the full cost of the transfer (not refundable).
• Adult pricing applies to all travelers
• Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag
• For excessive luggage, travelers will have to pay additional fees to the driver
• If you plan on carrying over-sized or excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs, skis, surfboards and bikes) please call customer service for arrangements
• Surcharges will apply for multiple drop-offs
• Transfer’s duration is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Maximum waiting time:
• 90 minutes after landing time for all international flights,
• 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights,
• Complete details are included on your Voucher
