Tour the WWII Liberty Ship: S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien a WWII Liberty Ships, is located in scenic Fisherman’s Wharf with beautiful views of the Bay. The Ship is a National Treasure and a D-Day veteran, she made 11 trips between England and Omaha Beach during June, 1944 – And still today the Ship preserves its original WWII configuration.
When visiting the ship you will have a chance to explore the Engine Room (the location of all the engine room scenes in the movie Titanic); the Flying Bridge; the 5 gun tubs; as well as the Museum dedicated to D-Day and WW2.
