With 7 days or more, you can add many things, the surrounding areas to visit are numerous and all delightful, making a choice won’t be easy:

• Yosemite in 1 day (14 hours), but if you have a car, you can also decide to stay overnight.
• Carmel and Monterey with Big Sur and Highway 1 (11 hours). If you have your car, you'll certainly want to stop along the way; you're on the most fascinating stretch of the California coast, we recommend a stop at McWay Falls and Pfeiffer Beach, definitely off the beaten path, to enjoy the sunset.
