Why are the cruises not available every day?

Although the cruise operator has an operating schedule that shows available cruises daily, due to weather, number of participants, or force Majeure, they might decide to cancel certain dates.

What happens if the day I picked is no longer available?

In the event that the operator decides to cancel or combine your original cruise with another, you will have the possibility to either move your reservation to another date or have a full refund.

How can I reserve my table?

Whenever you are ready to reserve your cruise, you can select one of the options here below. The calendar will show available cruises on days highlighted in green, just pick your preferred date and fill out the short form. One of our staff will make sure the date you selected is sailing (as sometimes there is a delay in closure updates) and arrange for your table reservation. Although we are offering to book now and pay later on all experiences, in order to finalize your reservation and guarantee your table, full payment must be made. We suggest paying at least 3 weeks in advance especially during holidays and summertime. We will only authorize payment, we won't actually charge the credit card until the table has been manually confirmed by our staff and an E-Ticket has been issued.

Can I cancel or change the date?

Unfortunately no. Once the table is confirmed and paid for, all sales are final unless the cruise is canceled by the operator. If you haven't yet paid for your table, then your table is technically not yet confirmed and thus doesn't need to be canceled.

Do you offer special Holiday cruises?

Great question - yes! Whether you want to celebrate Mother's or Father's Day or New Year's Eve, these cruises offer several Holiday specials throughout the year. Some of the top-seller holiday cruises include Christmas Day Brunch, Thanksgiving Dinner, New Year's Eve Gala Dinner, Independence Day Spectacular, Mother's & Father's Day Brunch, Easter Sunder Brunch, and many others. Please note that Holiday Cruises have limited availability and prices are higher.

In the event, you select and book a cruise on a date that is no longer available, you will have the chance to (1) Move the cruise to the next available date OR (2) Select a different cruise available on that date OR (3) Cancel the reservation and receive a full refund 

• Good to Know - Availability & Payments

  Given the frequent updates to the cruise operating days and schedule, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the calendar to reflect true availability and closure dates. This is why when our guests decide to proceed with their reservations, we only authorize their payment but won't actually charge the credit card until the table has been manually confirmed by our staff and an E-Ticket has been issued. This way if anything changes in regards to the availability of our guests' chosen date, we simply void the authorization and no charge whatsoever will appear on their credit card statement. Different from a refund that may take 5 to 8 business days to be processed, voiding an authorization will be in most cases instantly reflect on your online banking or within 24-36 hours depending on your bank/credit card.
