3 Days of Fun and Culture on Ocean Drive
Every January, the cultural festival returns, sponsored by the Miami Design Preservation League, with
85 completely free events to promote and preserve the
historic Art Deco district of Miami Beach.
Music,
guided walking tours, markets, and antiques. Classic car displays, activities for kids, walks with our furry friends, and many other events to fully experience Miami Art Deco.
Ocean Drive, already famous for
hosting the most important buildings of Art Deco architecture, is closed to traffic and filled with stalls,
dance lessons, yoga, and fitness classes. Live jazz music, parties at Lummus Park.
A
film festival, conferences, and street performer shows. For vintage car enthusiasts, a display along the entire Ocean Drive of cars and motorcycles from the early 20th century.
Lincoln Road joins Ocean Drive offering walking tours to discover the Art Deco architecture along the famous road, to admire
photo exhibitions, revisit famous film sets, and learn a bit about
Miami's history and its ties to crime.
